prior to Christmas, I wanted to buy a ipad case for my daughter. The store clerk introduced me a case which costs $40. The product is not good and it did not work after my daughter used for two months. I brought the case back for exchange. The store clerk was very rude and said my daughter broke the case which it was not a case. He refused to give me the name of the manager and said he is the owner. He said I can call business bureau and I can do whatever I can. For $40, no one would care.
