I purchased a drone for 120$ cash. When I went up to pay I had to wait around 4 min for the employee to get off his phone. I could hear he was talking to someone personal as he was making plans with someone on the phone. I pay for my drone and as I’m about to ask for a receipt he goes right back to his phone, at that point I said “**** it” and just left. They’re customer service is horrible and on top of that when I got home the drone got charged up and when I went to turn on the drone nothing worked. I brought it back to the store and they said they only did exchanges for in store items if the box is open. Now that’s already not a good way to keep customers around but to say that there’s no proof that I bought that drone from the store is ridiculous. Now I’m out 120$ and there’s not a single thing I can do about it but deter people from attempting to buy things from this half rate company.
