I have taken 3 family members phones to the previous owners to replace broken touch screens with positive results but these new franchise owners are not only terrible repairers but also B.S.artists! Their poor glass replacement made a 2 month old phone unrepairable according to Apple whom I took the phone to after Icould no longer accept any more lies and stall tactics from these crooks! Be warned ! Do not let these guys touch your phone!!!!
