Been with Fido for over 15 years, was thrilled to have store open at our local mall as had to buy new phones and renew contracts. Service has been a nightmare, problems with the billing, a trial 3 month device protection was charged, store said to call service centre, service centre said matter has to be taken up with store, after trying twice at each avenue have given up and cut our losses.
