I had purchased a bear earlier in the afternoon, but then inadvertently left it on a bench in the mall - when I went back to retrieve it, it was gone. I went into Build a Bear to buy another, and after telling the staff what had happened, they advised that they weren't going to charge me for what was my absentminded lapse. Great customer service - thank you!!!
