On 14th May 2017 at 2:44pm, i went to big orange juice bar to buy 2 of their special fresh mango slush drinks. Crystal rang in the order and i used my Tsawwassen Mills $10 gift card to pay for. First she charged $6.04 on my card, then she cancelled and told me she charged me wrong price. She claimed she had refunded $6.04 into my gift card. Then i asked her to charge $3.96 on the rest of the card and i paid the extra by cash. I even went to customer service and asked how long would it take to show up back on my card $6.04. Today i checked my gift card balance and it was zero. Crystal didn't know what she was doing and she spent over 10 mins just to do my transaction. Meanwhile, got lots of customers lined behind me. i was very upset and disappointed with her service and i would never go back.
