I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Anna at this location. She far exceeded my expectations when an error occurred with my order in rectifying the situation. Due to the pandemic I was unable to visit the store from Vancouver Island but she ensured I was able to get everything I needed. I will continue to be loyal to this location due to the amazing customer service. Thank you Anna and the entire Banana Republic team!
