Went to the store to return one of four items that were purchased a month previous using my debit card. My debit card had been changed due to the previous one being damaged since I made the purchase. When I attempted to process the return the staff would not process it as my card number didn’t match. I explained that the card was no longer active. The manager, Felix, was called over. He asked if I had a statement from my bank. I explained I did not but could log into online banking and show them the transaction coming from my account on the date and for the amount of the transaction. He said okay. I proceeded to show him and he then asked don’t i have some papers from the bank? I explained I didn’t. He said he could not process the refund. That makes no sense. I was able to show him the transaction coming from my account, logging into the account using my existing bank card. He wouldn’t process the refund. He said I would need something from my bank. Absolutely horrible customer service. Clearly they’re hurting for business and would prefer to keep my $40 than keep a customer. Will never shop at this store again.

It says spot the color. So I picked a purse with 50% off and at the same time has a purple sticker (20% off) on it. To be sure, I double checked with a staff if that would mean additional 20% off and she said yes. At the check out, when I was about to pay I asked the cashier the same question but she said it’s only 50% off. So I told her that I already that lady (pointing the staff) and the staff even showed the cashier the tag with the purple sticker on but still they didn’t honor. She even said it’s eitger you take 20% or 50% off. What a dismay! Then that purple sticker shouldn’t be there. Very poor customer service. Not even an apology!
