I am an older lady with a disability. I was unable to get any help with moving bricks to my vehicle and then had a hard time trying to pay for it. The customer service is not practiced at this store. When I said something they won’t even say a word and I shocked that I couldn’t even get a response. I will never go back and will inform my friends.

We bought a pure spa brondell fuel temperature bidet and the staff was attentive and courteous. The product is wonderful especially during this time.

I’m from Osoyoos, BC and I purchased a fridge back in September 2020 through Penticton, BC Rona to which I kept being told it would arrive, but after weeks and a month went by I still had no fridge. With frustration, I went a made a few calls landing me to Tsawwassen Rona where I dealt with the manager/ owner of the store. The entire time through all the head aces with the other Rona, this one was always going above satisfaction to help me get my kitchen completed with the product that I needed the most. Penticton did come through for me however I still purchased the fridge through this Rona as he guaranteed me from the beginning a fridge that is in excellent shape and still in the box brand new! Thank you Tsawwassen Rona and to the manager/owner who helped me since the beginning of my head ace! I highly recommend this Rona to anyone. I will still shop in Penticton as it’s closer to me, but will still keep Tsawwassen in mind.
