I wasn’t given a hard copy of receipt, nor was I asked for an email one yesterday when I made a purchase. I thought they’d email an electronic copy to me. I found out I didn’t receive any email from the store on the purchase day, so I called the store. Was told electronic receipt could take up to 24 hrs to email to me, so I waited til the next evening and still received nothing. I called the store again and was told they can’t give me the receipt. I told them they can’t do things that way, and they hung up on me.

We have a 8 month old Auzzie doodle who has been groomed 3 times by Jade.He likes going and always gomes home with a wonderful cut.She keeps him only 3 hours.We are very happy with PetSmart and Jade.
