I wanted to purchase a specific cordless Bissell cleaner. They did not have one in stock. Ironwood had 6 in stock. Why can they not have store to store transfer?

I purchased a propane BBQ tank through CT Tank Trader program. Came time to exchange so I got a tank and when I put it on, the BBQ fill gauge only showed 3/4 of a tank. Returned to the store and they wanted another $26.99 to exchange for a full one. Totally inexperienced manager would not budge despite me trying to rationalize why I would spend the time to drive to the store for 1/4 tank. No common sense and no latitude to please the customer

So I ordered an item, but when I place my order was told there was a $25 min. So just to get the item it want it’s making me buy something else I don’t really need or want, so I do then find out now there is a $5 delivery charge. So I get a confirmation that my items will be sent December 1 and then three days later I find out that the item I wanted is it going to be shipped and they ship the item I didn’t even want but had to order to make the bill over $25. There’s something wrong here if that’s how they do business that’s garbage. Yes I can take the item back that I didn’t want and get a refund but they won’t refund me the five dollars for the shipping. To me that’s not how you do business I will never shop at Tsawwassen Canadian tire again. I’ve also put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a halloween skeleton with a face that lighted up in varying colors. The light stopped working the second day that I had it. I went to return it today and I had my receipt with me but they told me that they are not taking returns on halloween products anymore. ????? Next time I will buy it on Amazon - at least Amazon stands by the products that they sell.

If you value the well being of yourself, your child, or whomever you are buying a bicycle for, I strongly urge you to stay away from purchasing at Canadian Tire. The brakes on my son's brand new CCM bike snapped while he was riding it. We have many hills in Tsawwassen, and I'm very thankful that this did not result in a horrific accident. Please, please stay away from buying a bike here. Also, they do not refund your money. BIg corporate business...they don't care! They'll get their money back from the manufacture, but will not return the customers! Needless to say, they now have one less customer! I will NOT be back.
