Today Sunday June 18th Father's Day I was very disappointed that I was unable to purchase scratch tickets. I approached the kiosk and as the man in front of me was being served I intended to check over the scratch tickets fully intending to buy some. I had cash in hand and as I looked in the usual place the whole area was completely empty. I checked the time on the clock right there in center court and it was only 3:40 p.m. same as my watch.
