I have been shopping at The Brick for about 20 years now and I love their products. Everything from TV's, microwaves, dishwashers, furniture, etc. In the past couple of months we purchased a 60 inch TV and a genuine leather couch and got awesome deals on both of them. They are amazing products as usual! We had a small problem with the arm of the couch so I contacted Harveer (I hope I spelled this correctly) in customer service. She was on it within minutes and within three days they are sending a completely new couch, not just a new arm. Harveer said because it would take too long to get the part in and she didn't want us waiting on it. That was so awesome of her. I have never dealt with a more positive, cheery and polite person in my life that works in customer service! She was amazing. No hassle just an immediate fix to the problem. If you're going to shop anywhere try The Brick in South Surrey (Grandview Corners) as they are most attentive people and always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks again to Harveer for going the extra mile on this one! Much appreciated! BTW Both of my kids shop there too and have been for a few years now. Great product and service!
