In trusting a stranger to engrave my Lover's retirement gift, a 2022 Tudor Watch, was done with Exemplary Service! The extra cost was understandable and fair, considering how he had to use more caution, additional time, as well as making him a bit nervous all the while doing a great job! I was referred by a friend to take two of my rings to have claws repaired after my diamond fell out. Andy & Jenny were so lovely and kind and my two rings were back the next day! Great price and wonderful work! I will take all my future repairs to them. Highly recommend this store. Andy & Jenny are very nice. :-)
