I write to commend Keeratpal Singh, a staff Telus at Semaihmoo Shopping Centre. He has been very consistent in rendering great customer service to me and my family since we arrived BC. He is ever willing to help find lasting solutions to all my mobility, TV and internet issues.i was at the store on Dec 24, 2022 to resolve some issues a little before the closing hours, he stayed till he was able to resolve my issues and I went away as a satisfied
