When I purchased a jar of shoe polish, the owner told me that I should have brought in the boot to get the right colour and told me that he give no refunds because that is his way. (he gives no receipts either). I realized that I had indeed gotten the wrong colour so did not open the jar and went back. He repeated the statement that he had warned me about "no refunds." I told him I just wanted to exchange it for the right colour and did not want my money back. He said that he would do the exchange "this time" but would not ever do it again. That is for sure. I will never go back there again. I was almost in tears. I should have thrown the jar with the wrong colour in the garbage and purchased the correct colour.
