i told telus i had to get a smaller phone because i had a stroke and only had one hand. he sold me a bigger phone and had no demo to show me. I took it home and charged it and set it up only to realize that the phone was BIGGER than the old one. . They had no demo to show me thus i was buying it on a whim. I feel that the telus guy was taking advantage trying to sell me the new phone, lg xpower. I am very very upset. After the hell i went thru with amazon now this happens.
