I have been a fido customer for many years and enjoy renewing my contact and receiving a new phone. When I went there last week the employee that was transferring my data to the new phone Kreeti C was more preoccupied with looking towards the food court and telling me her friend was waiting for her to have lunch and she was focusing on my phone. As a result she only transferred half my information and I lost 50% of my contacts. I was beyond angry and upset at the distracted employee.
