The return policy is no refund, no exchange, no store credit. I attempted to return 10 spritz bottles I bought for the office to use to spray disinfectant. After I purchased the bottles I was informed by my boss that the bottles have to be opaque which the ones I had purchased were not. I went back to the store expecting to get a store credit as the other dollar store (Dollar Max) does give store credits. The store manager at Dollarama said I could give them to the homeless. How many homeless do you think needs a spritz bottle? I left the bottles with Dollarama who told me they would not resale them they would throw away as they were already sold. I have decided not to shop in Dollarama again, I will go across the street and shop in Dollar Max. Disgruntled shopper, Jayne Halverson
