I've come to learn that in the insurance world bureaucracy and administrative rules trump problem solving on behalf of the customer. This was not my experience with Coreen Thompson at Westland Insurance (Ocean Park Branch). She was smart, responsive, and knowledgeable - quite helpful as I navigated the system with a more complex issue.
