Terrible service from main pharmacist, she works Monday to Friday 9-5. She’s rude, when asked questions about medication, when prescriptions can be filled, procedures, and is unwilling to fill my weekly script at the same time so I don’t have to be late for work. Instead of filling my script when she gets it, which is a day early, she makes me call in at 9:10am ask for it to be filled and wait for 30 min to 1 hr. This is really unacceptable and shouldn’t be an issue but she likes having power over my ability to provide for my family. She’s the type of person that holds power over you by messing with timing In order to fulfill some need for control it’s really quite off putting. I get my prescription filled weekly and literally every time I’ve asked a question she’s been mean, rude, un helpful, non compassionate, she try’s her hardest not to call me an idiot. I don’t expect to be treated like this from an employee that I help employe. What happened to customer service? Is it a thing of the past? I’m done with her and moving my script to rexall that is next door. I hope she gets a chance to read this so she’s able to see how her attitude affects other people. Do your self a favour..stay clear of this cold hearted woman!
