May3, 2021 am pregnant 5 month , went to lifelab nordel way surrey bc . I booked my appointment online check in @11:30am , it shows only 2 hours waiting list . Writer went to lifelab around 2:30 pm . Writer met with indian punjabi screener who was screening patient before going upstairs, writer shows lab req and care card . Screener said you have 1 hour waiting list . Writer told him that i booked appointment 1130 in morning , how come its too late . Screener start argumenting with writer and said you can go outside , not allowed to stand inside . Writer requested screeneer that am 5 month pregnant am not feeling well , am slso nurse coming straight from work to lifelab, my bp is low , if i stand soo long i will be faint . I told screener, i don’t have car , i came here by bus , outside is raining please let me sit inside while writer wearing double mask with eyes google as knowing covid precaution as a nurse and safety for other resident . Screener was very rude with writer, keep on saying you go outside from building and you can’t stand/sit here while there was 4 people inside. He was only getting me outside and allowing other people to stay inside . I started crying and i was thinking to call911 but my husband said thats ok just wait outside . Writer wait 30 minute outside and screener came to writer and said we are not going to take you today , we are full today . I had very bad experience with this lifelab screener . being in canada, no one support pregnant womens , no special policy’s or rules/ regulations for pregnant women. If was too faint, i had fall , something happen to my baby who is responsible for that . No one will. Writer saw no respect , very ugly , agitation , rude behavior today for this screener . I will never go to this nordel way lifelab and never recommend other people to visit here , please .
