If I could give this place no stars I would!!!!! I am so unbelievably mad and frustrated. So not only do they have horrible horrible communication, they rape you with how much it costs. I had two whiskey glasses that needed one letter on each, yes one letter and they charged me $25 per glass. The engraving is now coming off, it is spotted. Awful work!! I wish I had more room to write my review but all in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Took my watch in for new battery. The vendor did not have the correct tool to open the back. Told me to pick it up in 1/2 hour. Asked for claim check, did not have one. Paid for it. Came back and they told me they didn't have the tool to open it. Came back to pick it up 3 days later, scratched the back, put on the backing incorrectly and jammed the crown (dial) have to bring into watch repair. disappointed. Complaint lodged.
