It was a 4 to 5 stars clinic in my opinion until today. I booked two online appointments for my son and me a week ago. We arrived 10 mins earlier, and no one was waiting in the clinic besides two receptionists. They could only find my son’s appointment which was at 1pm, the earliest one on their afternoon shift. Although I showed them the email confirmation and reminder about my appointment at 1:10pm, they simply said it’s the system problem and barely agreed to add me in to see the the doctor at the same time when my son gets in. However, they started letting patients who had later appointment time such as 1:20pm to get in the rooms before us. I asked for the reason, and they said it’s because they had to excuse me in! I was very shocked as it was a make up for the system mistake and they didn’t even discuss with me that they had to put my son after everyone who had later appointment than his! With my 3 years old besides me, I didn’t raise my voice and calmly complained it was not correct. One of the receptionists rolled her eyes on me and the other one accused me arguing with them!! From the beginning when they found the system error to the end of my son’s appointment, they did not say one single “sorry”! Ridiculous unprofessional manner! Arrogant and assumed they were correct all the time! Cannot understand why Vivacare hire employees like them. The clinic has great doctors such as Dr. Kirandeep, but the front desk services ruin everything!! Do not recommend and will never return!!
