I cannot believe the wonderful service I received from Randy at Guildford Virgin Mobile store. He was attentive to my needs for the phone, and helped me to understand how the phone actually works. I am older, and I am not very good with cell phones, but he took the time with me and told me to come back if I need more help. He even went and got water for me, gave me the best price but most of all he was upfront with every details and cost.

Randy was an exceptional sales clerk, Being older, I am not familiar with all the new technology, and Randy showed me how to operate my new phone. He was understanding of my knowledge or lack of it with a cell phone and placed everything I needed to know on paper, and also got me the best plan for my needs. This young man would make a great manager for you need to have good patience in order to deal with complex issues or even small issues.
