The customer service at this location, specifically from shawn the manager, was unbelievable. My husband bought a pair of slip on vans for his work uniform, which he wore a hole into from constant wear. Shawn was so nice and said if we brought in the original box and shoes he'd exchange them with a new pair, even without the receipt. He made it so easy and was so personable and cool to chat with. Will definitely be buying all future shoes from this location and reccommending them to everyone we know!!
