Horrible horrible experience in this store my littler sister 15 years old bought me a 95$ sweater there for Christmas it was one size small so 6 days later I go there as I live in chilliwack and the store is in surrey with my receipt to see if they have a larger size they do and it was also small on me and they did not have any larger sizes in that design sweater so I asked for a refund and they told me they have a no refund policy which is complete bs which they never told my sister when she purchased this item because if she knew that she would of never have bought from here. I decided to look at other items I found a sweater that was 40$ more so I chose that she rang it up and said I owed 72$ more which made absolutely no sense so I decided to put it back the girls were speaking Punjabi constantly and giggling (me and my friend were the only two people in the store besides the two girl employees) I was with my friend who spoke fluent Punjabi who told me they were talking about my weight and laughing that the sizes there were to small. They showed me other sweaters the same brand and literally every one they said I had to pay 35$ more for everything there. So I ended up going with the one size larger of the same design I got as I already had a headache from dealing with the employees there she did the exchange then tried telling me she wasn’t supposed to do the exchange because it’s been 5 days when they told my sister I could bring it back until the new year today is December 28. Just because I’m white doesn’t give you the right to mock a customer in a different language I’m lucky I had my best friend there to tell me what they were saying horrible experience here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
