I ended up upgrading 5 of my business lines at this store. Staff did not disappoint. I had to make 2 trips to this store because the phones are in short supply. Shilpy the sales associate rocked it for me. She went out of her way to make the process quick and seamless. I had to call the store few times to check on status of phone stock and they always answered. Try calling any other stores, straight to voicemail. Great job Rogers Guildford

BRAIDON IS THE BEST! I was having a hard time deciding which phone to upgrade to but Braidon took the time to explain the different phone features and benefits to me. He was patient, honest, friendly and not pushy. After much consideration, I decided to upgrade my iPhone 6s to the iPhone 8 because it wouldn't cost me anything. I really wanted the iPhone 8+ for the larger size and portrait mode so I was a bit bummed but ok with my decision. As Braidon was ringing in my new iPhone 8, he asked if I would consider the iPhone 8+ for $100 lower than what it was priced at. I was pumped! I was getting the phone I really wanted for $100 less. He then threw in a sparkly Otterbox case, screen protector and wireless charging station for FREE! He honestly MADE my day and I will forever go see him for all future phone related needs. I was on cloud 9 all day and probably told 10 different people this story so thank you Braidon!!!!
