I purchased Some Lisa Waiter Products on July 10/21, which the Sales women found at another location and transferred in your store in Guildford for me and called to advise the products had arrived for me. Employee Provided excellent service and went the extra mile for me. I did receive some Lisa water samples and now will be purchasing some additional Lisa Watier products at London Drugs. Thank You

Saw staff get into a huge shoving fight swearing and everything with a customer one time which innocent customers do not need to be around. Another time i saw customer service swearing back and forth with a customer over id i did not need to witness that nonsense . I will have to say the staff at this location are not professional and not well trained or trained at all. Avoid this location! Staff must be hired right off the corner of a street somewhere, their just as bad as trying to talk to a stranger don't do it.
