Was walking by the Guildford store a month or so ago and happened to see a beautiful framed Richard Shorty print on display. I don't buy art, ever. Talked to the owner/manager ('Brinda'?) who gave me a great price so deal with her directly before you buy. Wasn't sure if it would fit in my car so they offered to deliver it (at no cost I think). Great price, great service, overall great shopping experience.

For the last 10 years I have enjoyed the Blue lotus , I have several Richard Shorty Pieces and a few others, But today January 19 2020, will be a day to remember visiting the Guildford Mall branch. I walked into the store with my mask in hand due to the fact I was somewhat enjoying my Green Genius juice that I bought at the food court. I walked into the store and a British lady was on her phone Immersed in a conversation with one of her friends talking about covid 19 and how people are going crazy about covid19. I did my usual walk through the store as I always do, I was looking to buy another piece just last week I had bought a Richard Shorty Piece.I was going to take another look at the Giraffe carvings. As I approached the desk she stopped her phone conversation and put on her mask. She looked at me and asked me to put on mine ,and and as i was in the process to put it on I made a comment about covid 19 and the fear mongering people are doing about it. She cut me off while I was talking told me to get out of the store. If she was working for me she would of been fired on the spot , absolutely no customer service. Look at what Doctor Roger Hodkinson says about covid 19. Wake up lady your part of the problem stop watching the news.
