Guildford Town Centre is a super regional shopping centre and a premium shopping destination in Surrey, British Columbia, that attracts 14 million shoppers annually. The centre has two levels and is owned and managed by Ivanhoe Cambridge.
Guildford Town Centre was opened in 1966 and since 1970 has undewent a number of renovations. The major recent renovation and expansion of the mall started in 2010 and and was completed in fall 2014 and cost $280 million. The expansion involved adding 75 new stores, a new 1,034 seats food court and a new facelift for the mall, waterfalls, soft seating and a giant 10,000 plant living wall.
Guildford Town Centre features more then 200 shops, specialty stores and dining options and is anchored by Forever 21, H&M, Hudson's Bay, Landmark Cinemas, London Drugs, Mark's Work Wearhouse, Old Navy, Sears, Sport Chek and Walmart Supercentre.
