The owner of this store behave ugly with a terrible attitude. He refused to explain medicine usage but when you complained about his attitude, he behaved ugly and raised his middle finger to his customer and even threaten him. A rude and uneducated individual. Feel sad Chinese medicine could be sold through such ugly rude individual.

Visited this store at 3:45pm Jan 22 2023. Very bad staff, refused to answer questions and very rude. After I complained about his attitude, his attitude even worse, saying you just don't buy their products. I was quite upset but didn't say much, after I getting out store, he showed me the middle finger. This was my first experience after living in NA over 30 years. He actually tried to trace me out and want to beat me. A very unlawful unhuman.
