I had some passport photos taken on June 27 2022 at the location in Surrey Central. The attendant was extremely rude and he somehow managed to sabotage the photos. They were returned to me and now I have to get new photos taken from another company. Please avoid!

I am a 52 year old women with a hand injury:disabled I had to send a CD express post and I had asked if they could ( mike) fill the address out for me. My disability is my thumb was taken off reattached and now my right hand (dominate) I can’t write well. Mike treated me aweful he made me feel like I was nothing I was so embarrassed by this man I left crying. I will never walk into this post office for anything!!!! Your customer service is brutal, your staff is rude and the fact u discriminate people with disabilities.
