They have promotion that worth $150 dollars of groceries you will get 20lbs box FREE to send Philippines. Never been a huge customer and never will send my box nor documents through this company, ever. Not being helpful, they never answer my call from 10:30 to 11:34 a.m for further details how to send box, their policy etc. So i bring in my box all tape (close) with paper filled up half way. So i went to this place they said where to drop off my box. First I go around without my box, I just want to find where their office at, so I did found and saw these 2 reps chatting (not busy) no people in line. So i returned to my car to get my box. When I came back with my box of course (same rep) seems didnt even seems to see me or bother to say Hi.. so I said where I can I put my box? This guy, said something, asked me to weigh my box, it is under 20lbs. Then, he gave me all these papers the same what I have from home which is half way done filling in. This guy want me to pull out all my stuff out from the box and do it again. B*s* If they only clarify first, even give details on the paper, instruction or whatsoever inorder for us customer has an idea before we get to their office instead of dealing with these lazy rep they have, everything should be alright. But no I would never ever recommend these company specially in Surrey. Note: a 20lbs box cost you $300 to $400. Ripped off Not worth even a single star

I was suppose to get my documents from India yesterday. I got a SMS from DHL that packet will be delivered yesterday. I kept on waiting. No one came. At around 5:42 pm I get another SMS that the packer could not be delivered as no one was at home. I was waiting since morning. I went to Surrey Central mall outlet. The person at the counter said come tomorrow for the packet. I told him I paid heavily to get delivery on time as I need these documents urgently. I told him to call the driver to tell him that I was awaiting at home and why did he gave wrong message. He called the driver and told him that I was at home and now I am waiting at outlet for packet. After some wait the driver came and handed the parcel. When I asked him why he did not deliver at my home, he had no reply and just ran away from the store. DHL charges exorbitantly, but service is just useless, not dependable at all. The packet was not dropped at my home, no call from DHL for information in packet and then expecting me to go to their outlet at their discretion for collection of packet. Not worth. FedEx, and other courier services are much better. Negative rating from my side.

They didn’t leave a slip outside my door, and I have called this location (Surrey central) many times and nobody picks up the phone! Useless!
