Kingmark on No.3 Road short-exchanged us by substituting 1,000 Yen bills rather than the supposedly 10,000 Yen bills via a switcheroo! It's unfortunate we discovered the mistake/fraud after leaving Kingmark and already left for our trip. Later, our JPY 36,000 (CAD $414) dispute was irresponsibly dismissed by Kingmark's owner as an "impossible mistake". He also stated the cashier was a part-time worker and could not be reached to verify the discrepancy. My family reported them to BBB & Police.
