I went in to the location located right at the entrance to the mall, by White Spot, at approximately 6:15pm Monday, April 11,2016. I was there for almost 15 minutes and not once was I acknowledged upon my arrival, nor during my stay and as I left. It is not the same exemplary customer service as I have experienced with the brand name at all. I am just rating this store with one star, but I don't believe it even deserves any stars at all.
