Awful treatment of my daughters (ages 10 and 12) by one of the baristas today. They ordered a venti frapp split into two glasses. Never had a problem ordering this before. The barista made a venti frapp complete with the whipped cream and caramel drizzle. She handed it over to my girls along with two empty glasses, rudely told them that she won’t split it and to do it themselves. Is that how you to speak to customers?
