I wish to compliment Lisa and Alan for the outstanding service they provided. Lisa made it clear that she wanted to do her best for me, while still serving the best interests of Shaw Communications. With help from Alan, Lisa was able to accept payment for arrears and re-establish my automatic withdrawal. She then set up much improved phone plans for my wife and me. Great job you two. Keep up the good work!!

After 3 long calls to Shaw with no results I went into Shaw Richmond Centre . I was lucky enough to speak with Lisa the assistant manager. She was professional, extremely pleasant and best of all resolved my problem within 10 minutes. Thanks Lisa

Came to the store to have 5 cel# ported over. Was told store doesn’t do that even though I was told to come back specifically for that. Ask for the manager to try to resolve this. Arlene made herself available shortly after and was very patient and heard me out. Arlene then suggested that she could try to action it and if it doesn’t work I’ll have to call it in. I really appreciated her efforts and the fact she didn’t just brushed me off.

You at 12:59, Two Asians staff at Richmond Centre were very rude to costumers. They should learn to approach in low tone of voice and show interest on every conversation. Shaw should not hire these kind of people. Very bad!
