I would not even give 1 star to April who claimed to be Manager on Duty. I called this store before ahead coming and asking them what all is needed to get my return done and when I arrive she told me "Isn't that some common sense". On top of it instead of apologizing, she kept smiling for no reason. I had the worst experience at this store.
