Stupid store policies and aggressive store manager | by F.M on Mar 12, 2016
Today I went to the store(Richmond Centre) to exchange the size of a dress that I bought two weeks ago,however,I realized that the dress was final sale but know one let me know when I was buying it.I tried to explain to the store manager that no one let me know that the dress is final sale on the day that I purchased it, but the store manager was really aggressive and rude and, she didn't know how to behave with customers.Although I was going to buy another dress today,when I saw the store manager behaviour I changed my mind and leave the store.My suggestion is to be careful when you want to buy a dress or any other outfit from this store,cause if it is final sale, no one let you know before your purchase, and don't try to speak with the store manager in case of any concerns, cause its pointless.
