I recently visited my local freedom store during the middle of black friday promotions. and as busy as ever. I, being a current customer, merely just picking up a replacement sim card was enthusiastically greeted by Kevin who was surprisingly attentive to my somewhat trivial issue. I was embarrassed at my lack of tech knowledge and kevin picked up on that too and took the time to walk me through every step. very professional experience.
