As it is Too Small, I called Forever 21 at Richmond Square..the Operator said this number is not working so I phoned Metro Forever 21 and they said you can exchange the Item at the Richmond Forever 21. When I explained this everything was going well until the Assistant called store and they said they cannot accept an exchange. I paid over $28 to return the item to Forever 21 to Ontario and feel I should be compensated.
