Manager And staff has the Ability to work alone yet can handle and manage in coming costumers with full ability and Good customer relationship . Very knowledgeable of the items inside the store . Stores are always kept clean and nicely displayed of items . Manager and staff are approachable . Over all love shopping at ECCO Richmond Center .
