I recently bought a lovely designer top, full price ..... After 4 days I decided to return it, unworn, tags still attached ... The receipt said they fully refund within 7 days. Unbeknown to me the clerk had stamped "final sale" at the top of the receipt. They would not refund me, nor give me a store credit. They need to inform the customer if it is a final sale!
