3 workers dont understand exchange. | by C on Aug 21, 2020
Bought shoes online that had a sale discount but were too small. Called this outlet store to ask if exchange was possible for a different size. They checked their stock and said yes. Went there, told one lady I wanted to exchange who said she will find someone to help. Told the guy I wanted to exchange, he says they dont have the same color but have the same shoes in different colors and asks me to choose an available color. I do so, and proceed to do a transaction thinking it was an exchange. They try to charge me extra money for these different colored shoes which they said are not the same shoes as the ones I previously got just because it's a different color. Do these people not know what exchange means? Why ask me to pick a color when I had clearly repeated I wanted an exchange? I didnt even like the colors that they had versus the one I had bought. Returned the shoes instead.
Sneaky discount offer | by Ramon San Pedro on Jun 16, 2018
A few days before Father's Day, I got this email from Puma about a store wide 40% discount offer. I was elated about this generous discount because I was eyeing a lovely $60 Cat 5 Drift driving shoes. $60 less 40% is $36 so I went straight to this Puma outlet store to grab that very nice pair only to be disappointed big time. The store raised the price to $100 so the discounted price was $60! That discounted $60 was the price a week before I got the Puma email! What a sneaky move! I'll never go to that Puma store again!
