after waiting 45 mins i was allowed in .Only two aisles of shoes left .While i was looking at one aisle staff person asked me to move as he wanted to put more staff and completely blocked it .He told me it does not matter how long you have been waiting he has to do his job .I looked at the other aisle and found a shoes that i liked and tried one shoe but could not find another shoes.I requested them to help look and they refused to help.When requested if they could call if they find both the shoes as it must be somewhere in the store and i can pick in one hour of their call they were unwilling to offer any help.The manager had a very rude behavior in the past as well. I love Naturalizer but was not pleased by their staff
