Visit June 15 @ 5.30 pm McArthurGlen location. The manager on duty was not helpful at all and refused to do an exchange when no monetary funds were involved. After 20 minutes of back n forth I finally asked her to hold the item for me for one day as it was last size and she refused right away. Ironic just before me while standing in the line there was an European lady and was buying the exact same item that I wanted to exchange and she asked the associate to hold the other jacket and she said absolutely I will for 3 days. However when I asked and I was not European and I’m dark she refused . Especially with what’s going on in the world right now you would think the Managment at least will show some equality and respect all races. I’m absolutely disgusted by her actions.
