they will take ur money but will not book u right away, they will just issue a receipt and will tell you that the ticket will b issued b4 departure, only to find out they did not book you. its very hard to reach them they will not answer your calls, email right away. If I did not call the airline I would t find out that I was not booked. Terrible business why are they still open? they should be lucky customers still come see them. book online
