First time user to Vancouver Battery and Francis who has been there over 30 years was kind, knowledgeable and service done while waiting. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. Also, the price was so reasonable and they use top grade batteries.

I took my watch to change battery They changed the battle and damaged the part inside my watch Caused the watch was broken They ask me to pay cash but no receipt at all I complained to them about their service They shout to me and asked Me To go away And not compensate or refund the charge I advice anyone don’t go to this shop They changed the battery
