Went in to look for a mattress and was greeted by Gee, the area sales manager who immediately put me at ease with her friendliness. Throughout the process, she was very polite , professional and humorous. I felt like I was dealing with a friend instead of a sales associate. Kudos to her for her great customer service skills!
